Thanos Krimpouras and Christina Foka founded Naked Athens with a very clear purpose in mind: to open a bar they fully identify with, the kind of place they have always dreamt sharing with family and friends. The young couple met 10 years ago while working in prestigious bars in Athens and later Mykonos and their extensive experience allowed them to embark on this new adventure, bringing their dream to life in Athens.
Naked Athens showcases its innovative spirit through cocktails like the irresistible Spicy Mango Paloma, a fusion of mezcal and tequila finished with a vibrant spicy mango soda; the playful Pornstar Maracuja, paired with the nostalgic Greek "vanilla submarine" treat; the strikingly clear Strawberry Bloody Mary, featuring distilled strawberries and a savory cherry tomato garnish; and the refined Carob Old Fashioned, where indigenous carob pods subtly sweeten this classic masterpiece.
Opened in 2021, Naked Athens is designed to offer the best of Greek hospitality all day long, 365 days per year: the local specialty freddo espresso and all sorts of coffee drinks take the center stage from morning to noon, combined with a traditional but updated food menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, cooked with the freshest ingredients from Greek farms, such as Eumelia, in the southern Peloponnese. Everything, even its own wine from Nemea, can be enjoyed either in the bar, designed with a minimalistic spirit that matches Naked Athens philosophy, or in the splendid terrace at the lively Agias Irinis Square, in the charming neighborhood of Monastiraki.
Devil's Cut is the first European project –and one of his biggest– of cocktail icon Shingo Gokan, recently considered one of the most influential people in the industry globally (#9 in the Bar World 100, Drinks International's annual barometer). He now runs twelve bars in such relevant cities as Tokyo, Shanghai and New York.
At Devil's Cut, Japan and Spain not only meet through cocktails and a careful selection of wines, but also through the food menu. Together with Gokan, chef Atsushi Furukawa (The SG Tavern, Tokyo), reinterpret Japanese cuisine by introducing Spanish ingredients, bringing a unique personality to the Izakaya small bites at the top of the menu.

AFTER HIS SUCCESFUL STINT AT Dr. Stravinsky in Barcelona (included in the World's 50 Best Bars from 2019-2021) and Saddle in Madrid (Best Restaurant Cocktail Bar in Spain at FIBAR 2020), Alberto Fernández is launching his first personal project with Emilio Rodríguez in the heart of Madrid: Momus Cocktail Bar.
Unlike other bars in the area, here Fernández and his team only serve cocktails, with no beer or soft drinks to be found. Their drinks are singular takes on the classics, with irony as the main protagonist: they’re an ode to Momus, a god from Greek mythology and is the embodiment of sarcasm and Carnival in all its forms.
Their version of the Kingston Negroni, itself a version of the Negroni, was picked as the best cocktail in Madrid at the Time Out Awards.
For The Madrid Edition and The Barcelona Edition hotels we are consultants focused on their beverage programs. Our work with them has a lot to do with how they communicate their cocktail outlets and the varied offers they provide. To do this we work hand in hand with the F&B departments, Brand International and local communication agencies to approach beverage communication in the most professional and truthful way possible. We offer a great tool that complements these agencies. At the same time we organize specialized press events.
