The idea was to create a short-lived vermouth bar in different locations to honor the time of the aperitif: with cocktails, vermouth, music and tapas.

We believe in sherry and think that it lacks the presence in the market it deserves. This led us to create a pop-up experience that attracted lifestyle media and trend hunters. The main part of the puzzle: tastings with unexpected combinations (tacos, kimchi or sherry) + a classic guitar player covering songs by David Guetta, Daft Punk or Blur.
